News:
Instead of visiting nursing homes, we now send letters or postcards to the patients.
We provide meals twice a month for Grace Solutions' outreach to the homeless in San Jose.
We distributed clothing to the needy at a church in Felton. We set up several tables and reloaded the tables with more clothes as items were distributed. More recently we distributed clothing at St. James Park in San Jose.
Our work:
Compassion Ministry Silicon Valley is working with New Community of Faith church in San Jose, with Grace Solutions in San Jose, and with a hospice organization to help the homeless, elderly, shut-ins, and others in need. We regularly send friendly letters to patients in nursing homes.

Call for volunteers
Thank you for visiting our website. We are a non-profit corporation planning to make a positive impact in Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, and beyond. We are reaching out to build our part-time volunteer staff. We are always looking for enthusiastic talent. Here is an opportunity for you to influence a growing, committed, organization.
If you are a student in high school or college, you may want to demonstrate your commitment to helping others. If you want to volunteer for a worthy non-profit, please contact us. We can document volunteer work you do for Compassion Ministry Silicon Valley for your school records.
In addition, we are accepting donations of gently used clothing, including socks, shoes, and jackets.
We are collecting non-perishable food for the needy.
